Whether you’re an avid fan who loves to support your team or you’re looking to spend time with good friends or you just love grilled food, a BBQ before the game or grilling in the backyard with the game on TV are great ways to make awesome memories. When it comes time to showcase these memories, the new Fanatic collection offers an endless amount of potential sports scrapbook layout ideas. Read on to learn how to create a Fanatic gameday scrapbook layout!
To create this layout, you will need:
- Fanatic Paper Pack
- Fanatic Embellishments
- Fanatic Stickers
- 12-inch Straight Trimmer
- Tape Runner with Repositionable Tape Runner Refill
- Foam Squares
- Black Dual-Tip Pen
Step 1: Use the sky piece of patterned paper as the base for this layout.
Step 2: Cut five strips of grass patterned paper to measure 12″ x 1″. Starting at the bottom of the page, adhere the strips about a 1/4″ apart from each other. Start with the grass patterned paper and alternate with the other green patterned side.
Step 3: For the photo mats, cut two pieces to measure 4-1/2″ x 4-1/2″ and one piece to measure 6-1/2″ x 4-1/2″. Photo sizes will be (2) 4″ x 4″ and (1) 6″ x 4″. Adhere the photos to the mats and then to the layout as shown.
Step 4: For the journaling mat, cut a piece of plaid patterned paper to measure 4-3/4″ x 2-1/4″. Then, cut a piece of grey patterned paper to measure 4-1/2″ x 2″. Adhere the grey piece to the plaid and adhere to the layout. Journal as desired.
Step 5: Adhere embellishments and stickers using Foam Squares on some for added dimension.
No matter how hardcore of a sports (or BBQ!) fan you are, this Fanatic layout will make all your gameday memories look like winners on the page. What are some of your favourite memories that you’ll be using this layout for? On your mark, get set… GO! Comment below!
